"SUPERSTARSWORLD" reveals combined schedule for 2013 SUPERSTARS, GTSPRINT INTERNATIONAL SERIES
THE FG-GROUP PROMOTED COMPETITION GROWS MORE AND MORE INTERNATIONAL - 2013 CALENDAR TO FEATURE 8 ROUNDS IN 6 DIFFERENT COUNTRIES (ITALY, CZECH REPUBLIC, SLOVAKIA, BELGIUM, PORTUGAL AND GREAT BRITAIN).

After an extremely successful and record-setting 2012 season in terms of driver, car and team counts in addition to the sensational attendance and growing TV numbers, SUPERSTARSWORLD, the new racing format for SUPERSTARS and GTSPRINT, is ready and fully-committed to reach new highs next season. The 2013 schedule features eight rounds in six different countries, where the SUPERSTARS INTERNATIONAL SERIES and the GTSPRINT INTERNATIONAL SERIES will be combined in an extraordinary year-long competition.

The first round of 2013 will be held at the Italian Temple of Speed, the historical Autodromo Nazionale of Monza, set to host a spectacular opener on April the 6th an 7th. On the 19th of May, the SUPERSTARSWORLD will move to Czech Republic for the first time with a race at the Brno Autodrome, so often highlighted by epic motorsport competitions in the past.

A first time for the two championships will come on the 9th of June, as Teams and Drivers will be lining-up for the first time at the Slovakiaring circuit. Despite being just four years old, the circuit has all what it takes to become part of SUPERSTARS. The Championships will then be lining-up two weeks later at the Belgian Zolder course, which hosted the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix ten times from 1973 to 1984.

On the 21st of July, the Series will be back on-track after an one-year break at Portimão, where Thomas Biagi dominated to win both races on his BMW M3 E92 racer in 2011. After the summer break, action will resume on the 1st day of September at Donington Park, where Gianni Morbidelli scored a superb double win with his Audi Sport Italia-prepared Audi RS5 in 2012.

The SUPERSTARSWORLD will be back in Italy on the 29th of September at the “Enzo e Dino Ferrari” Autodrome of Imola, another historical circuit, while the 2013 Grand Finale is set for the 13th of October in Italy, at a yet-to-be disclosed venue. The location will be announced in a few days.
